Cancellations and refunds
Our cancellation terms are set out below. Please read them before you book.
- Within 7 days of booking and 6+ days before the stay
- Full refund
- From 8 days after booking, 5 days before the stay
- 10% of the total charged
- 4 days before the stay
- 20% of the total charged
- 3 days before the stay
- 30% of the total charged
- 2 days before the stay
- 50% of the total charged
- 1 day before the stay
- 70% of the total charged
- On the day of the stay
- No refund
- To change your dates or room, you need to cancel the booking and make a new one.
- Please choose your room and dates carefully.
- Exceeding the maximum occupancy is not permitted. If you book above the standard occupancy and then cancel, no refund is given.
